When I was a kid, and this fetish was establishing itself, I came up with the science-fiction notion of a woman being able to increase the size and strength of her muscles. That might be by taking them from someone else, or some other way. The idea of burgeoning muscle in a sexy body pushed the button.
So it was pleasant, if no surprise, to find that a part of the whole femuscle complex. It remains a fun fantasy.
